Q1. Can I have a sample first before bulk order?
A: Yes, we are pleasure provide samples for you.

A: We have different product ranges, their MOQ s are different.

A: Yes, We provide OEM service. We can make your logo on the product and your logo package.

A: 3-5 working days for samples,15-30 days for bulk order usually.

Q5. What’s your warranty?
We offer 5000hrs or 1 year warranty for all our products. During the warranty period, we give free charge replacements if it is the original quality problem. Breakage during transportation doesn’t suit for our warranty policy .

Q6. What's your payment terms?
A: T/T , Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba Credit , L/C at sight all are acceptable.
100% in advance if amount less than USD5,000.
30% in advance, balance 70% is paid against delivery or copy of B/L .

Q7. What's your shipping ways ?
We can deliver the goods to your place by express(TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEX, EMS, etc) ,by air or by sea directly, and also can deliver the goods to your agents’ warehouses in China, just tell us your request, we do our best to meet your requirement.

Q8. How can I place the order ?
We will send you Proforma Invoice (PI) once all the products details are confirmed, then you pay the deposit to our designated bank account, we will arrange the production and delivery for you once we get your deposit.
